- Shake well before each use to mix the 2 phases together.
- Hold a cotton pad soaked with the lotion on each closed eye.
- Gently pat the cotton pad on the eyelid for 10 seconds, to dissolve eye shadow well, and then wipe over eyelashes without rubbing, from the root towards the tip.
