Orders placed before 2:00 pm GMT from Saturday to Thursday (excluding holidays) will be given priority. These orders will be processed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners within 48 hours to ensure your products reach you promptly.



Shipping Courier  


We understand the importance of a reliable and efficient shipping service. That's why we exclusively use trusted courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. You can shop with confidence knowing that your package will be handled with care.



Payment Options  


At Nattoral, we believe in providing you with flexibility when it comes to making payments for your purchases. For customers within Jordan, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment method. For our international customers, we accept various payment options, including credit cards, MADA, Paypal, and quick transfer methods like STC Pay and Cliq, among others. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks or money orders.



Sales Tax  


To simplify your shopping experience, all applicable sales taxes are included in the total amount displayed during checkout. You can shop confidently, knowing that the price you see in total is the price you pay.



Shipping Costs & Delivery Times  


Shipping costs and delivery times can vary depending on your location. To provide you with accurate information, we calculate these details based on the country and city you specify during the checkout process. This way, you'll have a clear understanding of the costs and estimated delivery times associated with your order.



Returns & Refund  



We understand the importance of receiving products that meet your expectations, especially when it comes to skincare, haircare, and supplements. Many of our products are sealed for your safety and protection. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your products are clean, safe, and within their expiry dates. Therefore, we accept returns in the following cases:


We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we want to make it right for you. We offer refunds in the following cases:


  1. Expired Products: If you receive a product with an expired date clearly indicated on the packaging or by the manufacturer, we will return it and issue a full refund.


  1. Damaged or Contaminated Products: If your package arrives damaged or if you receive a product that appears to be compromised in any way, making it unsafe for use, we will return it & provide a full refund.


  1. Incorrect Items Received: In the rare event that you receive items different from what you ordered, we exchange the items and send the correct ones and bear the full cost of shipping back and forth. 


  1. Missing Items from Your Order: If any items are missing from your order, please let us know, and we will either send the missing items or issue a refund for the missing items, as per your choice.


It's important to note that we do not accept returns if the customer is responsible for causing any of the above-mentioned issues. However, we do allow returns if you decide to return a product immediately upon receiving it, before the delivery personnel departs.



Exchange or Reorder:  


For returns due to reasons other than the accepted cases mentioned above, we offer the option to exchange the items or reorder different items of the same value. In these cases:


  • You will bear the shipping cost for the exchange or reorder unless the return is due to one of the accepted cases caused by us.



Refund Process:  


Here's how the refund process works:


  1. Request for Refund: After receiving your request for a refund, we will review the reason and respond within 2 working days.


  1. Customer Care Contact: Our customer care team will contact you to understand more about your situation and make arrangements for the return.


  1. Item Inspection: Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect their condition to determine if a refund is appropriate.


  1. Issuing Credit Note: If the refund is approved, we will issue a credit note for the same value. Please allow up to [5 ] business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.


  1. Refunds Caused by Us: In cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will transfer the refund amount using one of the quick cash transfer methods.



Return Shipping:  



If you need to return an item, please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to one of the accepted cases caused by us.
